Hello,

I have been working on an Atari Portable for three weeks now... everything is pretty much done, case and all..

about the video mod:

in bens book, the atari that he uses is one where you must wire the extra 9-pin chip... so the board looked different from the one that I was using

just got the new, 2nd issue of "Make: tech on your time," a publication by O'reilly (yes, you know them) and there is a one page article on the
atari vcsp, a nice photot and everything

What's there to trace?! It tells you the pinouts.
V+ = 5V input
CK2 = P2 Clock (Red)
D4 = P2 Data 3 (Purple)
PL = P/S-Latch (Orange)
D3 = P2 Data 2 (Blue)
D02 = P2 Data 1 (Yellow)

A = Audio Out
V = Video Out
G = Ground (Brown)
R = Reset
DO1 = P1 Data 1 (Yellow)
CK1 = P1 Clock (Red)
PL = P/S ...
