you can use the screen but u need a tv tuner. look around at lik-sang.com. they have a tuner somewhere on their site. you got to use the whole entire gba to use the lcd.

well now i got the new solder so its all good. only 2.50 so it wasnt that bad. only thing is its splatters when i hold th solder iron over the solder too long... like 2 seconds.

so far the only ones that work are the ones with the extra expansions (fx games). but 1 or two now work that arent using fx.

woot i got the soldering iron (15 watts) and new solder. now i wont die from toxins in the old hippy solder :mrgreen:

lol i know. i have a fan on and a window open and the fan is blowing all the fumes away from me so i dont breathe that crap in. i finally finished rewiring the 7805 and making an adapter for RC batteries to the SNES. Now time for the controller.

Should i desolder the controller port off or just ...

yea its not very good for electronics. im picking up a new one in only an hour but for now its working ok for rewiring the 7805. and lol, the solder im using is from 1976 =p. its probably toxic :-(

ok ty. wow it is taking a while to get these wires to stick to the dam socket where the 7805 goes. i got a broken solderin iron that goes on and off. im buyin a new one later on. its a 10 watt one good for 15 watt?

i can rewire the 7805 rite. im gon put it over the batteries because batteries work better when warmer rite?

well im my case im using a 9.6v recharchable battery because i have so many of those things lying around so im not going to use AA style batteries.

is 9.6 volts ok tho with a 7805? and wut is the voltage of a ps1 lcd?

thanks. and yea i do have soldering XP. but for the RGB i thought u had to rewire the snes off of the S-RGB chip. you cant just get RPG from the video port. same as the n64. there is a mod. does anyone kno the website. i found it somewhere on portables of doom or this forum.

the games probably are still on the chip just he probably overrode them so that he can use the other games. if you buy one from him you can probably rewire it to be bale to play the games. just email him and ask him bout it.
