there's no chance of a PSP or Ipod video screen working? I don't have ready access to a PS1 screen.

Well, i'm going to make my first portable, this summer (start of it anyway) i have a broken PSP with a working screen that i can harvest and 2 Genesis', 1 of which i will pit (a 1st edition and 3rd edition). the blue is just from my camera.
on the front, it says: "AUO" and it's partially engraved into the silver area

on the back, on the silver area, is says "59.02A31.014 ...

ok, i got the white LED's (4 total and 7000mcd each), and some wiring, i have solder and all that, unfortunately, Radioshack here has absolutely F*%$ing nothing, so i'm still needing the triple screwdriver which i'll buy online. I'm also going to look up more tutorials on how to do it, if you guys ...

-get necessary tools/wires/LED's/Etc.
-Repaint case
-backlight (and glare resist)
-red LED's behind the d-pad and buttons (have outside glow if possible, i don't want to switch from using what i already have)

i just got a new gameboy color and thought: hey, lets use my old one for kindling, then decided i'd try a few things out on it.
