So I have decided that the only reason to upgrade to Vista is DX10, which I think is just reason enough.
So, I have a question, does anyone know the current standings on Vista/DX10/8800-driver bugs? Is it worth it yet?
I've got a nice card, one of the "rare" eVGA 512MB 256b 7900GTOs that I really like, but, of coarse, it's not an 8800 ergo, no DX10.
Even a link to a site with decent info would be nice, I just haven't been up to date with Vista at all.
Vista upgrade questions.

No, it's not worth yet. So far DX10 support is slow, bug ridden and useless at best.Mikeyman64 wrote:I've already answered that question. The only answer is DX10. And I think it's only just worth it.Felino wrote:Ask yourself. Why.
Grant it, I would never just have Vista. I would most definitely dual boot and only use it for Vista only games.
