My concept art........yay finally

Post by *o* »

here it is after 10min of 'work':Image
HI everyone

This is going to be the same as RPGTKnick's except it will be a lot smaller (same wiring)

I want to use blue black or clear perspex for the case

I am going to have a fan hooked into the 3v line of the n64

i am using an intec gamecube screen which i have been told it is 5.5inch but i havent found anyone like that on the internet i have only seen a 5" and a 5.6" so im not sure

So what do you think??

BTW i forgot to post this before it is unbelievably out of proportion

Your concept looks very similar to mine. I love the design, because it allows for a 5 inch screen, and plenty of room for the controls, plus I LOVE the backloading feature.

Good luck to you!

Your design looks a lot like a Gameboy. You'll be very hard-pressed to squeeze an N64 in there. I suggest making it wider, otherwise, you might be in trouble. Try to get all your parts together and tape them together, like Ben suggests. That way, you'll know exactly how much plastic and aluminum you'll need. Good luck. :)
If it ain't broke, rip it apart, gut it, and make it better.

Why do you have 10 AA's? You only need 6.
