Can you try to get in contact with a rep from the phone company to see if you can terminate your service and work out a payment plan for the accumulated debt?

What cell phone company charges for long distance? none anymore.gamer2 wrote:Now the bill is $1000, mainly because he made so many long distance calls and bought so much stuff like ring tones.
You have to be 18 to have a cell phone contract. Its not in your name.gamer2 wrote: The bill is in MY name now and I have to take care of this.
A cell phone company would never take someone to court over a phone bill. Never. There is also no way in hell you can get put in jail for a $1000 phonebill, or ANY phonebill for that matter.gamer2 wrote: I'm doing the best I can for not having a job, but I need help. They want it all by May 13th or else I'm going to court and possibly to jail to work off my debt.
Beat it.
I really doubt anyone here would be stupid enough to give you money, but your still a jerk and a liar.
