hey, can anyone show me the insides of their CD player? no i don't mean open the cover and take a picture like that i mean screws out, cover off gut shots :P

Alright, its really because i wanna make an mp3 player with a CD player that uses a mini -CD-RW for songs, i don't wanna get a mp3 player, just hax0r a CD player, i don't have one

I've taken me CD player apart countless times. I could do it again for you tommorow if no one else does.

Er, are you thinking of replacing the part that reads CD's with a hard drive or something? I was thinking of that a while back, but found out that the CD reader itself was not IDE-compatible.

what part are u looking for pictures of.. I just recently took my cd player apart to look for tact switches.. its still sitting ona t able behind me but a lot of piece have been trashed.. (lens, cables etc..)

I believe he just wants an MP3 player that reads files off of a CD-RW.

I just got up today, after I eat breakfast I'll take mine apart for ya.

awesome-ness!! and yea, i want it to read off a mini-CD-rw it'd be, in my opion, a cheaper alternative to a mp3 player, even if it sucks, still DIY

you can jusy buy a cd player that plays mp3s for like 40 bucks. how exactly do you plan to make a normal cd player play mp3s?

i don't,most CD players play mp3 nowadays, if they don't WMA or WAV is sufficent, i don't have millions of songs

so why do you need a picture of someone else's cd player?

ive taken apart at least two mp3 cd players, you cant make them much smaller. not the ones ive seen at least.

well err i don't have one and none of my friends do, they threw 'em out a long time ago for their new iPods and River mp3's
