Er, are you thinking of replacing the part that reads CD's with a hard drive or something? I was thinking of that a while back, but found out that the CD reader itself was not IDE-compatible.

I believe he just wants an MP3 player that reads files off of a CD-RW.
I just got up today, after I eat breakfast I'll take mine apart for ya.

you can jusy buy a cd player that plays mp3s for like 40 bucks. how exactly do you plan to make a normal cd player play mp3s?

so why do you need a picture of someone else's cd player?
ive taken apart at least two mp3 cd players, you cant make them much smaller. not the ones ive seen at least.
