I certainly did. I got a shiny new psp and i am impressed with the beautifulness of the machine. It is the first handheld (that is non-portableized handheld) that didnt feel different from a home console. I must admit I am a little dissapointed with the anologue stick and on GTA:LC there are some framerate issues but I am overall delieghted. However, the main reason I made this thread was because I had read something about the newly realesed boot loader for firmware 2.0. That is good news for me because my psp came with version 2.0. I did hear that it wont run some homebrew. Does anyone know about what will and what wont run (I could sure use an snes emulator), and also what is some of the best homebrew for the psp.

Wow.. You could have just did a quick digg on "PSP downgrader", you would have known this then:G-force wrote:My bro got a v1.52 and we couldn't get the SNES emu to run, so we just upgraded to 2.5 (or whatever the newest is). Totally worth it for the new webbrowser. Besides, everyone knows SNESps are the only way to play SNES games on the go

I figured there was some way to get it to work, but my brother didn't want to risk his PSP (despite me assuring him it wouldn't kill it). So I just let him upgrade. Thakns for the link though, now when I get mine I know what to do.sniper_spike wrote:Wow..
