Nice trim bentendo. How come you relocated those caps, did it save space? How come you wired the left chip to the right but didnt rcp the cart slot? Also what wire did you use it looks interesting.

So i finialy got this screen to work and its epic. Problem is being the idiot i am i forgot Japan is 60hz and im UK 50hz .
Some games have a 50/60hz option but most dont. Is there a way to force my gamecube into 60hz (i have a xenogc 2.0)

Thanks guys. The caps on the right are next to traces so i cant trim there. Iv been tryng to RCP wire but its a massive mission . Im not sure about joefro64 was maybe thinkng about afro64??? Hopefully if i can sort everything out il take more pics.

It seems kind of cheap and i know some sellers from Hong Kong and the like lie about the true ...

I recently bought a nice screen from ebay. Problem is it didnt come with a "connection box thingy". Heres a pic of the screen and the connection box i dont have.

If you still want to use standard recharchable batteries go for a 6D pack not 5D, my understanding is that a 6AA pack will last about an hour (40-65mins), so 6D will be about 2.

I think each D battery is around 1.5v and you need at least 7.4v to run the system. I have no idea what the capacity of a typical D battery is but im guessing comparitively not much compared to a standard li-ion or li-po battery.

I hear on the grape vine that you should only run your portable off of the batteries. As in if my batteries are low i shouldnt plug in the charger and play at the same time.
