C stick mod help

I have read this already, and its not a lot of help for my particular controller

i really need to no where X,Y,Ground and VCC are on the backpins of the c pad and i just cant see the traces does anyone know?

On the image, just follow back from the controller to the image.

yea i had already seen that pic and it was no good, got a new multimeter and figured it out though. Il post a pic if anyones interested.
