Digital Screen

Ok, ive been looking for about an hour and I still cant find the answer. My question is how can you tell if a given screen is digital or analog?

analog: something that can have a videogame/dvd player (not portable dvd player)/vcr/antena/ anything else that hooks up to a normal TV

digital: if the screen is the only screen that works with a given thing and is not removable/has no video input plug (camcorder, laptop, gameboy)
