Need help with signature on the forums

How do you get a picture into your signature on the forums? I just can't figure it out!

write what the says but replace "image link" with the url of where your photo is hosted

i suggest using http://www.imageshack.us/

Take your picture, go to imageshack.us, and host it. When it's done uploading, there will be several links. Take the "direct link to image" one (should be on the bottom) copy it, and paste it back into the signature, using those [img]and[/img] tags as paul mentioned.
