I'm having a lot of trouble with my PSOne screens sound, the left speaker doesn't work, nor left headphone.
I've tried tracing them back to resistors/capacitors and jumping them but no luck. It's got me pretty frustrated to the point of me being careless and acidently removing resistors off the board.
I don't want to damage the screen any more than it is. Could someone help me as to hooking up the game gear amp? Or how to hook up an external one. I could make one if needed just need to know how to null out the psone screens one and where to connect it to the amp. If I were to build an amp this would be it http://www.kitsrus.com/pdf/k87.pdf
I have the components to make it. It would be a bonus to just be able to hook up the game gears one though. I don't know the pinout for it though

Nope triple checked. Im certain it has to do with the capacitors and resistors, current was not getting through to the otherside of them.
EDIT: Come to think of it, I did rewire them again and then rapped tape around em. I will have another check at them later on today. But I pretty sure that's not it.
