Current Ben plans - PW
Since people are still wondering about my next portable, I should make an announcement.
Right now my #1 priority is getting Port Washington finished, specifically the musical score as that's all that's left. I really REALLY want to have it done by late March. I've even doubling up, getting my own musical equipment.
I may squirt out an Atari or NES portable in the coming month as well, but we started filming Port Washington FOUR YEARS AGO this May. It's time to end it.

What a fantastic image that has just created in my head!benheckc wrote:I may squirt out an Atari or NES portable in the coming month as well
The words "squirt out" and "coming" really shouldn't have been used in the same sentence there....
I've often found if people spend less time worrying about what someone the other side of the world has posted on an internet forum and more time getting laid, they'll be a lot less tense.

Sounds neato Ben... Are you gonna go with conservative design (similar to your normal design schemes), or are you gonna go all out? I'd really love to see an Atari Micro
. BTW, thanks for the 411 on the Genesis power scemes. But my new email, well, I geuss it's available under this post

Once you finish Port Washington, are you going to bring it to an indie film festival (Sundance?)

Ben, I must know...
Im a big movie and music nut, and them being really good together.
I'd like to know what kind of sound you are aiming at for Port Washington.
I am a big fan of Mark Mothersbaugh and his work with Wes Anderson.
Are you thinking of a score that has deep sound connecting the music and the movie?
