Xbox 360: No!

I am in shock, horror, and untter dissappointment. My Xbox 360 just crapped out. It worked perfectly since November 19, 2005! Now it's just crashing and 3-red lighting. I am goin go have to call Xbox support and see if they fix it.

Anyone know how long the standard warrenty is?

That dosent surprise me at all, my XBOX did that to me, that will teach me to buy any thing made by Micro$oft again.

well, I think the original Xbox was awsome! I modded it out so much

But I don't like the next gen systems....Sony will sadly crush them, unless the Revolution can kill them.......Sorry bout your 360 dude, i would be really pissed if that happend to mine (if i had one)

I've noiced that a lot of stuff breaks a day after the warrenty expires.

Ya, Jeffs right, you have 10 days left in the standard warrentee, if it's 90 days. Actualy, if it's still under warrentee your damn lucky. Not because it broke but because it broke now. If it had broekn 11 days from now you would have to pay to get it repaired.

I wish I had a 360, tho Microsofts track record with home systems isn't that great. My friends normal Xbox was dead out of the box. So far my other friends 360 is still going strong.

My advice, shell out $60 for a 3 year extended warrenty on your new one, I don't know why people don't get them. I get an extended warrenty on every pricy peice of electronics I buy. Only one or two might die in their lifetimes but it beats a $150 for shipping and service.

W00t, clearance for repair! I don't have a real sales reciept as I won it. Sweet, can't wait.

I expected that I had to do this, it was freezing in NFS:MW, and I even got an error screen! I didn't worry about it until this.
