Are there any other uses for the N64 cart slot? I mean, I fried my N64, but the cart slot is still intact... Is it useless?

What do you mean "fried your N64"? It's quite possible it still works.
The cart slot is just about useless anyway.

Umm... Well... In a few other, um, posts I mentioned what happened... See, I always wanted to know what color sparks the main CPU gave off so... I... Um... hooked it up directly to the wall...

Make a N64 Flash cart reader and writer perhaps? After you make the flash cart that is.
