Help with wiring a LCD screen

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

Help with wiring a LCD screen

Post by meleniumshane90 »

I found a 2.5" AU Optronics LCD screen from a broken HP All-in-One Printer (I belive HP 2610xi) but I do not know how to wire it, maybe you can be of assistance. The model number is AO25CN03 VO (Os could be zeros). Later, I will post a few pictures to better show the screen, otherwise look on this link or this link. These links are to very similar items.
The screens have fairly good screen quality, and frankly, the screen is sexy. (you will see later) You can be the judge of that.
Maybe someone can help.

Thanks

That's a cool screen, but there isn't an easy way to use it. You'll need a controller board, and good luck finding one under $200 (if even then.)

Sorry this screen can't be used.
