Hope it doesn't be come a living hell. I know some friends that have, no they didn't go nuts. Just that someone like me (anti-social) don't like being in public jobs.

My first job (if anyone cares) was just a humble paper route. But now this year I'm looking to get on a construction crew. But thats to be seen by March or some time like that. I also don't mean to detour your thread, if that's what happens.

i'm getting my first job this summer. i might work at a store or restaraunt. my freind started a lawn mowing buisness and makes a lot of money so i'll probably end up doing something like that. i live in a neighborhood full of rich old people (not including me) so they usually pay around $25 to mow a lawn. i could easily get over $25-$50 an hour that way 8)

Ya, never underestimate a rich persons willingness to not work. I have to get some spending money for when im in college. I'm sending out resumes everywhere i'm willing to work and hopefully one will hire me. Luckily i'm a people person so I can do cash easy.

yeah right man eagle scout project and revolution are both in no way stupid, if one of my craps had been an eagle scout it would get into a kickass colloege thats how important it is. and the revolution, if it had been an eagle scout it would take over the world easily

Wait a minute, I work at Radioshack, in the California Bay Area, and they only pay me $6.75 an hour! What gives?

My first job back in 1996 was a roadie/sound guy for a local 80's glam metal-style band. Got paid in beer and other slightly less legal things...

I'm going to have to start looking around for a job sometime this month. I've been thinking about one of the local supermarkets.
