So what now?

I finally got off my RF modulator dealie and now I'm wondering what I'm supposed to do to recieve video, audio, and what type will it be (composite? RGB?). There were these five (or maybe four

) prongs going into the now missing box. What do they do, and what should I do with them?

Hmmm, I'm not at home right now, and that page is blocked by the public filter, so I won't know how helpful it is till I get home.
