How do you fix the Gamecube disc read error?
Anyone know?

You either use an oscilloscope or a multimeter, and adjust the laser potentiometer to the right level. (can't remember the level though)

just keep turning the pot a bit and trying it. sooner or later, you'll get it.
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

dont turn it a lot or you will scdrew yourself and burn the laser out faster.
also sometimes it is just a dirty laser, get a q-tip and some alcohol and clean it

I had the same problem too, and was able to fix it by turning the pot like you guys said, and believe me, if I can do it, you definitely can.
Life is a lot like a video game without the extra lives and continues.
