How to disable polls.

well i made a forum for my website using phpbb and i was wondering how to disable polls if anybody else uses phpbb thanks.

Go into admin panel, and in the configuration and there should be poll options under the user settings.

I changed the spelling, because I couldn't figure out what the heck a "pole" was until Zack posted. I was thinking of a pipey tubey thing. Anyway, I'm sure others felt the same way.

Yep, me too.
I was trying to put phpBB on my 'site, but when uploading, the ftp client said something about only able to have up to four sub-directorys at once.

Yep, me too.

What's your host? phpbb will install on 100webspace. I doubt it will work on stuff like Geos****ies or Tripod.

If you don't want to switch hosts, maybe you should try another forum system, but a lot of the smaller ones out there are not all that great.

Or maybe it's your FTP program. Which one are you using?

FTP is the built-into-windows one. I know it's the host (I use tripod, for some odd reason).
