Is this a NOAC?

Post by bicostp »

I was at <a href="http://www.hellobennys.com">Benny's</a> (local chain store) doing some gift shopping, when I spotted this:

The Senario VS Maxx

<img src="http://micaela.rite2u.com/htm/imProdRS/20717.jpg">
http://www.senario.com

I looked at the official site, and nothing was listed. And sadly I couldn't get a good look at it through the packaging, so I have no idea if it's aglop-top or what.

Has anyone seen this before? And is it a NOAC or some other proprietary thing?

It has the right amount of buttons. It could be a NOAC. But even if it is, it needs to have a cartrdge slot to be of any use. Open up the box and see before you buy.

I can't. It's in one of those pain-in-the-butt hard plastic seal packs like the cheap keychain LCD games. :( It would be obvious if it was opened.

Ask the store if they have any that were broken which you could open and take a look.

Sigh.. It seems like the chinese are wising up and aren't wasting money on a cartridge anymore, they're just wiring the NOAC straight to a flash chip! Nooo!

Code: Select all

printf("N");
while(NOAC != cartridgecompatible)
{
   printf("o");
}
printf("!!!");

Or if you prefer php:

Code: Select all

echo 'N';
while($NOAC != 'cartridgecompatible')
{
echo 'o';
}
echo '!!!';

I don't think they make them anymore. They have a 25 in 1, a 50 in 1, and I think one bigger than that.

If you ever see the back of the package it has NES-like games on it, but they didn't really look familiar to me.
