1. are there any good tutorials regarding adobe image ready or adobe illustrator?

2. are there any good tutorials regarding creating flash animations?

Flash Kit (http://flashkit.com) is great. I used to use it all the time. It has tutorials, games, movies, soundclips (effects) and a bunch of other stuff. Check it out.
