my portable isn't quite done yet but since i was bored i decided to mod an N64. i overclocked it and put in a green LED! the LED is kinda dim in the last pic but it's actually very nice without a crappy webcam!
so now it can be 62.5mhz, 93.75mhz, or 125mhz! i tried to get it to 187mhz but only newer N64s can do that. still fast though! it gets pretty hot without a fan so hot glued a fan in so now it stays cool and looks cool

i found this guide in the NES overclock thread but it didn't tell how to get it back to 93.75 mhz so i googled it and found this guide to find out how to do that (112 3.3v and 116 ground). i thought it would be tricky to lift the pins on the CPU but after practicing on a dead one it's pretty easy
