Atari 2600 phpbb theme

I'm trying to make a phpbb theme, based off of SubSilver (what you see in front of you), which is in the woodgrain-and-textured plastic style of the Atari VCS 2600. So far I've gotten several of the images done, but I still need a decent tutorial for editing a copy of SubSilver.

I used the SubSilver image development kit from www.phpbbhacks.com for this.

Just a few questions:

1. What do you think of the images I have done so far? ( I still need to eliminate the white box around some of the images because I forgot to turn on GIF transparency

I was thinking "Atarian" but that's the name of a font that looks like the old Atari logo font...

4. Does anyone have / can someone take high-res photos of the 2600's ridging on the top and the woodgrain (preferably with Atari logo)? I've got some Googled images, but it's all at angles and looks crappy when I stretch it to look flatter.

Questions/comments?

Just do a Google Image search for "wood grain" Bam.

That would be a good theme to add, the default is really getting kinda.... boring. Is there a charcoal or black theme we can add too, I'd like something to match all the black systems.

one problem: the text is kinda hard to read in the buttons
