One make a topic like this either in the Screen's forum or the Sega Forum.

Now it has been mentioned you can change the screen for the Nomad, and then it talked about use the screen. The person who brought this up made the comment that the cable for the screen uses very small wires and the connector on the Nomad's connector has small contacts. So if you have a good steady hand and a fine point you could go ahead and remove the connector and add the wires for RGB output and audio.

Good luck.

Moved to the Sega forum. :)

Now you said you have a US Nomad connected to a UK PSone screen? You may be piping an NTSC signal into a PAL screen. (I think the Nomads are region-specific, unlike Gameboys.)

Have you tried the Nomad's AV output on a US screen of some sort (TV, PSone screen, Hip Gear...)?

well i ahave a psone screen and a hacked rf pal box (to output composire) and on my 50hz (i think) tv/vcr combi, it shows a still pic in dotty b&white
on my psone screen with composite, i can se the pic but it iss jittering up and down, in b&w. on my other tv it is crystal clear colour and all.

and the av out on the nomad has rgb, so could i use these pouints to directly connect to the ps1 screens psx imput?

There is a mod you can do to the Nomad to make it so you can select the region and so you can have the PSone screen work native. The site is www.gamesx.com

Woah! Every mod... that's a bit much, and I think your screen woes, are due to PAL/NTSC? Dude... do you live in UK?
