N64 power supplie timer reset

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

N64 power supplie timer reset

For those of you still powering the n64 though the ac adapter. Dont worry the n64 power supplie is on a timer syatem i discoverd so just unplaug the adapter from the wall and wait a while put your n64 back in the case or a tray or some non metalic surface then power it up it should work if not its probly fried :evil: :twisted: i thought i fried three n64s but the power supplei hust rest arter a fault. if some of you know this ok i just discoverd it :shock: :roll:

Yup, there is a breaker inside it that flips if you shorted something on the motherboard. It doesn't happen if you use batteries though (Be careful!)

You're just now noticing that? Most decent PSUs have soft fuses like that.

i just took the pwer supply apart :roll: soo i really didnt relize it because theres nottin about it on portables of doom or anything :P
