nowhere,
the plans are in dkaps knogin because he is the only one who had the actual ambition to complete a DCp
other than that just scan these threads and do the same

Whatever happened to that Ryan Poppe fellow? He was making one too but now his site doesn't seem to work anymore.

I think like Nin_Nin works go the better of him. I had seen him on AIM a far amount, then I deleted his name from my buddy list. You can see if he still exsists but chances are he cant work on the DCp.
