hey everyone, I'm trying to win an xbox360 on hex168.com. if everyone could vote for my picture, I'd appreciate it (I realize it's not a 10-worthy pic... just one i had on my phone of my dad)... but give me a 10 anyways! if I win I'll throw a party, and anyone who wishes to drive to my place can play it! (not that I think anyone would want to drive out here, but the offer is there anyways).

Hmmm, and how do you ensure that they are giving you one. Maybe in the 3008 readme contract, pg. 852 in size 2 text quote, But your Xbox 360 will be rubbed upon a butt, then thrown to Bill Gates for false verification then kept 10 years in some landfill, then with SPSU shipping, it will come in a year wet and smelly.

yeah, the viral marketing things can be pretty cool... though I will say that the ilovebees one for Halo2 was the best. this one really isn't that much of a viral campaign, as it is just a contest of votes (then the finalists get judged by a panel or whatever). you should check out argn.com or forums.unfiction.com if you're into alternate-reality games. I just tinker with them every now and then, but they're a lot of fun I think.

edit: oh, and demonofaj, i tend to agree with your comments but I figured a contest from microsoft would hold the best chances of actually getting the xbox360. (not saying that they won't find a way to get out of it though, silly legalities and such )

it's basically a competition, in which you submit pictures of people/things that are under the power of 'hex 168' (which in decimal is 360 -> xbox360)... anyways, out of the top-rated pictures, some people choose winners, and those people get an xbox360. I would really like to get one, but unfortunately I'm still working on raising the money to buy one (had to buy new tired for my car, so there went what i had saved )

basically, it's just a rate-a-picture type site, but the winners get a cool prize (for those that think the 360 is cool).

Morgantown, WV (about 60 minutes from Pittsburgh, 3 hours from DC/Baltimore area) for another 9-10 months, then probably back to either indiana (where I grew up), or chicago area.
