COLECO toys?

Post by bioniclebert »

Ok heres the intro. I look into wallmart one day, and I see all those "plug in and play" things. then I looked further and I noticed a similarity. The ATARI Flashback 2.0 had a mod-to-become atari. The SEGA/Radica One had a Mod-to-be Genesis in it. So The ones licenced by the owners can use the actual hardware?

Then opne day I came in and see the COLEC plug in and play thing. Not knowing much about Coleco, i decided to ask. Has anyone seen this thing?

I've never heard of, or seen, the coleco plug and play unit. But I highly doubt that it is ColecoOAC. The only rason the flashback 2 is AOAC is because the simulated games they put on the flashback 1 turned off many potential buyers.

it's probably NOAC based--like those intellivision games were.

you could buy one and open it, so everybody knows...but there aren't really that many good games on coleco anyway... I guess they had a pretty decent donkey kong, though...
