Remeber the G-Force 'virus' back, well I need help.

I couldn't bring back the old topic seeing as I might get flamed. Anyway, When I clicked it, as I said, it bypassed aLL firewall/norton protections. So now, everytime I open up my computer a message saying 'Would you open up file

Application: lockx.exe

Source: Windows/ System 32

So now, I go to sys 32, no file caled lockx. I shot norton, didn't find anything, adaware, firewall, NoThing. This is bad guys, and I reALLy need help.
