Only mods and admins can post polls, in order to save bandwidth.

(The only current exception I know of is the cases forum, where polls haen't been restricted yet.

Mod: By earning the admins' trust and being generally liked by the regulars. (or being aroiund when the moderator system changed)

Admin: The easiest way is to start your own forum. www.ezforum.org but don't expect a lot of people from here to join. There's no need to break apart the community for no reason.

We've got enough admins for the time being, I guess.

No he isn't, there are only 2 admins on this board. In anycase, the answer is: You can't make polls.
