Did anyone see this today, or was it just me? And can we do anythgin about it, or are we bound to have a forum working only 70% of the time?

Everyone did. If PoD is moved, I'd be willing to bet that there will be space for Ben to have his forums, or at least the database.

I've been seeing the "max 50000 questions exceeded" error lately.

Could some script kiddie be running a script on us?

As I've said before, it only takes ~5000 hits an hour to bring the database down.
