Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

Can a radica and hipgear screen run on 4.8 volts?

AFAIK, you need at least 6v to get a hip gear to work properly. G-force was having trouble with this when he used 4 rechargable AAs in his NES-in-a-GameBoy. As for the Radica, I have no clue.
