ive connected my tv to my computer via RCA as a seperate moniter, but for some reason it wont display in color.
when windows loads the moniter shows the color in the microsoft logo, but its distorted and "moving". once i log into my account the screen works fine, but is in B&W.
anyone know a solution to this?

Try looking for a jumper on the graphics card that changes between NTSC and PAL. I remember when I got my Radeon 9200SE it was set to PAL for some reason, though I changed it before I even used it.

Try turning down the screen resolution. Sometimes Comp-TV interfacing has difficulty with really high resolutions.
The Windows logo at startup is 640x480... try 800x600.

HA! You might have broadband and I have lowly Dial-up, but I beat you in the video card arena! Mine is a ATI Radeon 9600 XT (128 MB)SpongeBuell wrote:Try looking for a jumper on the graphics card that changes between NTSC and PAL. Okay so I would trade it in a minute for broadband...
