seeing as getting VGA from dreamcast is pretty easy and im getting a new moniter soon (24" HD widescreen) i thought it would be a good idea to have a go.
i really want to play Ikaruga with the screen rotated 90degrees with VGA goodness.
anyway, a lot of the stuff ive found says to wire it directly to the mobo, but this is a little too difficult for me as the soldiering areas are so small.
is it possible to make a connector instead from somthing?
anyone have any ideas?

I see dreamcast VGA boxes online for $20-$80. You could just buy one. But since the DC is so old, it migth be a problem finding them in shops. Try www.jandaman.com The shipping isnt too bad, and there is quite of DC stuff still in stock.
It might be better to buy the box, rather build a cable, or destroy the DC. It will probabbly cost you more to get a new DC that it would to get a VGA box.
