simple schematic question (please help)

I'm trying to build this circuit http://elm-chan.org/works/yuv2rgb/rgb2yuv.png and I need to know wth those resistor ratings are that are listed on the right hand side. It says stuff like 833=1k//5k1, 424=470k/4k7 Does this mean connect the 2 listed resistors in series or what? I can't make sense of it

nvm i ifigured it out. It's too help you with the correct resistence. the equation is resistance=R1 parallel R2.
