hip gear questions
Hello, i just got a hip gear screen for 5 bucks and I wana put it on my VCSp. would I be able to run +5 volts off my my 7805 regulator to power it? Also does anyone have a diagram of where to hook up power, and a/v in and what not.

Yes you should be able to run it off 5V. But it would be better to run it straight off the battery, since the LCD board has a DC-DC converter thing.
DC-DC converters are much better than regulators, since they don't waste as much power as heat.
Also... where the heck did you find yours for $5! I had to pay $30 for both of mine
