Intec screen with PStwo

Ive gots an issue with my intec screen and wondering if anyone knows of this?..(read on)

I am using it in my pstwo portable and i was watchin pokemon 2000 and noticed the first 5-10rows of pixels are shifting to the right in a curving matter kinda like old tv's when they are off signal(wavy). Anyhow enough of visualization, anybody know what could be causing this because when i turn the screen on wihtout a signal the white/gray pixels cover the entire screen with no wave to them and black spot in that corner?
