I want to build this for my computer speakers (Logitech X-530, 5.1 surround, go for $20-$30 on eBay and are actually pretty good, except they have no surround sound decoder!), but I keep running into 2 problems, I can't find the op-amp or the 15VAC power supply it requires. Also, does -15v mean ground or something else (+15v is obviously positive)?
