I was recently given a GBA SP model 001. The screen is cracked to the point of being unusable, but other than that it's in working order. Here's what I want to do with it:
1) I want to use the front light and mod my GBC and
2) I want to get a 101 screen and put it in the SP, thus giving me a 101.
I know number 1 is feasible, is number 2? I've been browsing the forums and getting conflicting answers . . . Thanks in advance!

I dont think #2 will work, from what I know, on a 001 the light button turns it on/off, on 101, the button switches between bright and brighter.
If life gives you lemons, sell them on ebay.
