You mean the color tint potentiometer on the Atari board? Just buy a 500k pot from Radio Shack and use that.

It depends on what the potentiometer is for. If you are thinking for the paddle, you should use a 1M one anyway.

what is it for, though? The color pot? I'm not sure what rating that is, so I'm not entirely sure. There have been a few sites out there that tell you to use a 500K pot instead of a 1M for the paddle, and I'm just making sure that's not it
