PSone led mod vs. non-led mod power

In case there is a previous topic I did use search and couldn't find anything.

Would anyone happen to know the amp usage between the PSone led mod VS. the bulb because at the moment I have all but the leds for my portable and would like to know if its worth getting the leds.

So you are saying 750 with the BULB and 350 with the LED?

yes. actually it's a cathode tube, not a bulb

yeah it really sucks cause in the last 20 minutes or so of my battery test my screen got like that

actually i can think of it as an indicator to save the game on my snes

It's still 7.2V-9V, because you have an onboard 7805.

It won't work with anything more than 9v. 7.2v runs elsewhere not just to the 7805s. And the current draw is 900mah full power (speakers at max, brightness full).

voltage doesn't change. The voltage is a set amount needed to oporate the board it draws Amps which sepleat over time the psone screen uses 7.2-9volts and draws(without the led mod) 750mAmps per hour so if you have a 3000mAmp battery it will power the screen for 4 hours.
