Running Firefox?

1. Install AdBlock if it isn't installed already.
2. open the web page that contains the desired SWF file
3. click the "AdBlock" tab on the side of the flash movie
4. copy the flash file's URL
5. paste the URL into the address bar and hit ENTER
6. Under "File" select "Save Page As...."
7. Click OK

Or, under any browser, poke around in your Temporary Internret Files/Cache folder. (It's easier to find all the good, non-advertisement flash files when the window is sorted by size)
