Get SWF2AVI.
http://www.effectmatrix.com/swf2gif/

Then get PSPvideo9
http://www.pspvideo9.com

Pick out your swf file and put in the first converter. When it is done bring the AVI into PSPvideo9 and convert it.

Then put it on your PSP.
