Could I?

I have been wanting to make a n64p for awhile now, but never got around to doing it. Any way, my friend just gave me a laptop screen(module # LMDA53-22NTW)Could I use this to make my portable. I dont know where power or in out is. please help. Any input would be good

Use the search, you can't use laptop screens.

thats not true you can but you need tonnes of experience to make the controller board

A GC screen, or a PSOne screen (PSone LCD's are usually prefered), any screen with composite input that will run of your battery will work.

or you can use the Verge gamecube screen. Its exactly the same as a PSone screen and its got the perfect plugs to stick right into an N64

Get a Zenith screen, and sell that laptop one on Ebay.

So basically any screen that's designed to work with a game console will work. (Even the controller-screen-in-one units that used to be in the stores.)

I agree, you're better off selling that laptop screen on eBay and buying a PSone screen instead. (You might actually make a profit!

)
