Controller from a bad place with fire

How do you mount the analog sticks, and what is the deal with, cutting the controller in half and rewireing it, how do you do it. It is likea magic!

the best way would be to desolder the analog sticks and put them on separate boards and wire them to the right spots on the controller board. you could split the controller and wire the 2 halves together but the other way is better
