controller help!

Post by peacefrog226 »

So im trying to figure out how to hount the controller in the case.
i ve read the post about how ou can use the one chip for all the buttons on the contoller. I'd like to solder my own buttons on and use them but i dont think im good enough at soldering to solder wits on that tiny chip. Is it possible to put little dabs of solder on the magnet points for each button, then connect the button? Will solder stick to magnet?

once I get over the contoller hump, im about 85 percent done!!

thanks

Are you talking about the green traces on the board? because you can always cut the board around the chip and solder to that. :)
