This is a like new Neo Geo Pocket Color complete with box, papers, and Sonic The Hedgehog Pocket Adventure in case. Everything is in tip top condition except for the box. It has some creasing in one corner and adhesive where the box used to be sealed. You can check it out in the picture.
I have added a frontlight to the unit. The frontlight covers the entire LCD display. Unlike some other NGPC frontlight mods, all pixels are visible. All of the screens are free from dust, fingerprints, and scratches. I added a brightness control to the unit so you can match the brightness to your needs. You can also completely turn off the frontlight with the brightness control.
In terms of battery life: I'm sure the frontlight takes some extra juice compared to not having a frontlight, but I have been on the same set of AAs for months. So the extra load isn't noticeable, especially if you use a low brightness setting. For reference, the NGPC gets 40+ hours of life without the frontlight, so the NGPC gets a really long battery life anyways.
